Funding your myON implementation

Because the myON personalized literacy environment is designed to support and enhance existing programs – or form the core of new initiatives – our solutions directly align to multiple funding streams available to schools and districts.

Title I, which provides for additional instructional supports and extended learning opportunities for disadvantaged students, and includes a parent and family engagement requirement.

Title III, which focuses on improving the English language proficiency of English learners through high quality reading materials, professional development for educators, and activities to foster literacy among families and communities.

21st Century Community Learning Centers Programs, which extends learning time for children in low-income areas through academic enrichment and family engagement activities.

Striving Readers Comprehensive Literacy Grant, which is focused on advancing literacy skills for students from birth through Grade 12, including children living in poverty, English learners and children with disabilities.

Support students in school or at home with professionally-recorded audio to model fluency, text highlighting, an embedded dictionary and unlimited access to the entire library.
With a large collection of digital books in Spanish with authentic and culturally relevant connections, myON helps meet ESSA requirements for Title III.
myON directly supports the goals of the 21st Century Community Learning Centers Program by providing academic enrichment and family engagement activities.
Our state-of-the-art digital literacy environment is designed to support independent, self-directed reading and family reading activities, as well as teacher assignments.
